Being a small business we still get a lot of feedback from our customers face to face or over the phone.  But we also get tons of great comments and reviews by email.

We had such a wonderful transfer from the San Jose airport to our hotel in La Fortuna. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and he helped us with our luggage. Along the ride he pointed out some plants and crops so we felt like we had a bit of a tour guide. He even stopped so that we could see a sloth up in a tree. We will Morpho Vans on our next trip to Costa Rica!

The man who drove us from La Fortuna to San Jose was great! He had wifi (rodrigo) which was really convenient. He was really friendly and explained so much to us and answered all our questions! His van was also extremely comfortable and he was a great driver! The lady who took us from San Jose to Monteverde was also good, but the first car was much better.

It’s rare to see a service company excel in every aspect of its business, but Morpho did. All of my pre-vacation emails were answered quickly and fully. Well the road to Arenal was not really pleasant we all got motion sick both ways! But that is certainly not in your control. Although you may want to consider offering a helicopter service, knowing what I know now that is the only way you will get us back to Arenal. Thanks for being part of the adventure.

You wrote personally to us even helping us plan our trip. 2-3 times our flights were delayed, yet we could easily contact you and the driver waited for us. The people of Costa Rica were amazing. The first van driver took us from Liberia on the bumpy, windy road to Monteverde from 10pm to 1:30am. This was after United cancelled our flight. We thank him and all for accommodating us when we had changes. I would not hesitate to recommend Morpho vans to everyone. Finally I was pleased to learn we did not know why the name Morpho til we were there and saw the beautiful blue Morpho mariposa! 🙂 Thank you and muchas muchas gracias.
